4. Order Modifications & Cancellations

We allow a 12-hour window from the time of purchase for any order cancellations or modifications. Please contact support@couponutils.com immediately for assistance. Once an order has entered the production or shipping phase (typically after 12 hours), it cannot be altered, and the customer must proceed with our standard Return Policy.

5. Logistics & Delivery

All shipping operations are governed by our Shipping Policy. While we aim for a handling time of 1–4 business days and a transit time of 3–7 business days, Couponutils is not liable for external delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or extreme environmental conditions.

6. The 60-Day Guarantee

To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 60-Day Return Policy. We provide pre-paid return labels for all eligible items. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days following a successful quality inspection at our fulfillment center.

Couponutils, along with our principal owner Joseph Scott Ruelas and our employees, shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products.
