At Couponutils, we are committed to delivering your products with speed, care, and complete transparency. This policy details our logistics and delivery procedures to ensure you know exactly what to expect. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Service Areas

To maintain our standard of excellence and rapid domestic transit, we currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time, focusing our resources on providing the best possible service to our American customers.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We believe in straightforward logistics. All orders are processed with a reliable flat-rate shipping model:

3. Processing Timelines & Cut-off

  • Order Handling: Orders are typically prepared for dispatch within 1 to 4 business days.
  • Daily Cut-off: Our daily processing cut-off is 5:00 PM (PST). Orders placed after this time will enter the queue the following business day.
  • Operating Days: We ship Monday through Saturday. Please note that shipping carriers do not operate on Sundays or Federal Holidays.

4. Cancellation Policy

Because we aim for fast fulfillment, we offer a 12-hour grace period for order cancellations. If you need to cancel, please reach out to support@couponutils.com immediately with your order number. Once this window has closed or the item has been produced/shipped, we cannot stop the delivery, and our standard Return Policy will apply.

5. Shipment Tracking

As soon as your package is scanned by our carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS), you will receive an automated notification via email. This will include a tracking number allowing you to follow your package in real-time. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to update the status on their online portal.

6. Address Accuracy

Couponutils is not responsible for deliveries made to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to our facility due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for any additional reshipping costs incurred.

7. Arrival Issues & Damaged Goods

In the rare event that your order is lost in transit or arrives in a damaged state, please notify us at support@couponutils.com within 48 hours of the delivery date. We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the claim and ensure a replacement or refund is issued promptly.
