1. Scope of This Policy

2. Reporting an Infringement

To report a violation of your IP rights on our Site, please submit a formal notice to our Designated IP Agent. To ensure your request is processed, the following must be included:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the IP owner or an authorized representative.
  • Clear identification of the protected work (e.g., a USPTO registration number or a link to the original copyrighted work).
  • Identification of the specific material on Couponutils that is allegedly infringing, including the direct URL(s).
  • Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and professional email address.
  • A statement that you have a “good faith belief” that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided in your notice is accurate and that you are the rightful owner or authorized agent.

3. Internal Review Process

Upon receipt of a valid and complete IP claim, Couponutils will:

  • Initiate a formal review within 3–5 business days.
  • Disable access to or remove the disputed material if the claim is found to be substantiated.
  • Notify the relevant stakeholders that the content has been removed due to a formal IP claim.

4. Liability for False Claims

Under federal law, any individual who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be held liable for damages, including legal fees. If you are uncertain whether the material on our Site violates your IP, we strongly suggest consulting with an attorney before filing a notice.
