3. Internal Review Process

• Disable access to or remove the disputed material if the claim is found to be substantiated.
• Notify the relevant stakeholders that the content has been removed due to a formal IP claim.

4. Liability for False Claims

Under federal law, any individual who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be held liable for damages, including legal fees.
