1. The 12-Hour Grace Period

We provide a dedicated 12-hour window from the moment of purchase for any cancellations or data modifications. Within this timeframe, we can typically halt the production and fulfillment process without any additional overhead or shipping complications.

2. Requesting a Cancellation

To cancel your order for a full, immediate refund, please contact us at support@couponutils.com within the 12-hour grace period. To help us process your request faster, please include:

  • Subject Line: Urgent Cancellation – [Order #Number]
  • Body: Your full name and the specific items you wish to cancel.

You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is successful, and your refund will be triggered back to your original payment method.

3. Order Modifications

Need to update your shipping address, contact information, or change an item variant? Please notify us within the 12-hour window. Once this period expires, the order is handed over to our freight and logistics partners, making modifications difficult to guarantee.

Important: Address changes requested after the package has left our hub may incur a carrier “Re-routing Fee,” which remains the responsibility of the customer.

4. Post-Window Requests

If your cancellation or modification request is received after 12 hours, or if the shipment is already in transit:

  • The order can no longer be recalled or edited at our facility.
  • You will need to accept the delivery and initiate a return through our 60-Day Return Policy.
  • Pro Tip: Please avoid “Refusing Delivery” as this can lead to tracking complications and significant return-to-sender delays.

5. Refund Timelines

Approved cancellations are refunded instantly from our system. However, standard banking protocols apply; please allow 5 to 7 business days for the credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
