We provide a 60-day return window. You have 60 days from the date of delivery to evaluate your purchase in your own space. This extended period ensures you have ample time to confirm that the quality and aesthetic meet your standards.

2. Condition for Eligibility

To ensure a successful return and full refund, please verify that:

  • The item remains in its original, pristine condition (unused, unwashed, and free from any signs of wear).
  • The product is returned in its original packaging. We strongly advise retaining all boxes until you are certain of your decision.
  • You can provide the order number or digital receipt as proof of purchase.

3. Complimentary Returns & Labels

Couponutils is proud to offer Free Returns for all eligible domestic orders. We do not charge restocking fees or return shipping costs.

The Return Process:

  • Upon approval of your request, a pre-paid shipping label will be sent directly to your registered email address.
  • Simply download and print the label, then secure it to your package.
  • Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location (UPS or FedEx) as indicated on your specific label.

4. Cancellation Grace Period

Orders may be canceled for a full, immediate refund within 12 hours of placement. Please contact support@couponutils.com within this window. Beyond 12 hours, the fulfillment process has likely begun, and you will need to proceed with a standard return after the item arrives.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival. In the rare event of receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours. We will prioritize your case, providing a swift replacement or a full refund at no additional expense to you.

6. Refund Timelines

Following the inspection of your return at our facility, we will update you on the status of your refund. Once approved:

  • The credit will be applied automatically to your original payment method.
  • Most financial institutions require 5 to 7 business days for the transaction to reflect on your statement.

7. Policy Exclusions

Items designated as “Final Sale” and digital gift cards are non-returnable. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for products damaged due to improper assembly, customer modifications, or general misuse.
